- Draft sale and purchase agreement for review
Closing the deal
- Sale and purchase agreement with the owner
- Payment schedule (for instalments) — annex to the contract
- Plot handover certificate
After registration
- Title extract (EGRN) naming you as the owner
- Registered contract stamped by Rosreestr
- Cadastral documents for the plot
