We look for good places to live, unwind and invest. We check what is nearby: roads, electricity, shops, schools, lakes and rivers, and the other essentials.
Before launching a new project, we study the land itself and the area around it, check the paperwork and consider how the area will develop.
Where needed, we put in roads, electricity and other infrastructure, so buyers get not just a plot on a map but a real place they can use.
We work with land every day and know exactly what to look for when buying a plot. That is why we only offer projects we consider worthwhile for ourselves and our clients.

We only sell our own land
We own every plot we sell. You sign the sale and purchase agreement directly with the landowner, whether you found us yourself or came through a partner agent.
Documents before the deal
The title extract (EGRN) and cadastral number for every plot are open to view. Check them on the Rosreestr (state registry) website before you even call a manager.
Secure settlement
Every deal goes through a bank letter of credit (escrow-style) or the bank's secure settlement service: the seller receives the money only after your title is registered with Rosreestr.
